These Terms and Conditions govern the tours and services (the “Services”) provided by our company. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once full payment is processed and/or a written confirmation email is sent.
Payment Method: Payments must be made via the designated online payment portal at the time of booking.

2.Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Up to 14 days before the tour date: Free (100% refund)
Up to 3 days before the tour date: 20% of the fee
3 days or less before the tour date: 100% of the fee
Day of the tour / No-show: 100% of the fee (non-refundable)

Note: If a tour is canceled by us due to severe weather or safety concerns, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided.

3.Safety & Liability Waiver
Instructions: Participants must follow all instructions given by tour guides and staff at all times.

Assumption of Risk: Participants join the tour at their own risk and must ensure they are in good physical condition.

Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence by our company. We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance prior to your trip.

4.Equipment & Bicycle Rules
Participants are responsible for handling rented bicycles and equipment with care.

In the event of damage, loss, or theft caused by negligence or intentional misuse, the participant may be charged for repairs or replacement.

5.Privacy Policy
Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for managing your reservation, customer support, and emergency purposes. We will not share your data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、当事業者が提供するツアーおよび各種サービス（以下「サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ご予約・ご参加にあたっては、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

1.予約および支払（Bookings & Payments）
予約確定: オンライン決済（Stripe等）の完了、または当事業者からの予約確定メールの発行をもって予約成立とします。

お支払い: 予約時に指定された方法でお支払いください。

2.キャンセルポリシー（Cancellation Policy）
お客様のご都合により予約をキャンセルされる場合、以下のキャンセル料が発生いたします。

ツアー日 14日前まで: 無料（100%返金）
ツアー日 3日前まで: 料金の20%
ツアー日 3日前以降: 料金の100%
ツアー当日・無連絡キャンセル: 料金の100%（返金不可）

※悪天候や安全上の理由により当事業者がツアー中止と判断した場合は、全額返金または別日程への振替対応を行います。

3.安全管理と免責事項（Safety & Liability）
ガイド・スタッフの指示: 参加者はツアー中、ガイドおよびスタッフの安全指示に従うものとします。

自己責任: 参加者は自身の体調を管理し、自己の責任においてご参加ください。持病や体調に不安がある場合は事前に申し出てください。

免責: 当事業者の過失による場合を除き、ツアー中に生じた事故、怪我、盗難、損害等について、当事業者は一切の責任を負いかねます。適切な旅行保険・傷害保険へのご加入を強く推奨いたします。

4.貸出機材・自転車の取扱い（Equipment & Bike Use）
貸出機材（自転車・ヘルメット等）は適切に使用してください。

参加者の故意または著しい過失により機材を破損・紛失・盗難された場合、修理費用または相当額を請求させていただく場合があります。

5.個人情報の取り扱い（Privacy Policy）
ご提供いただいた個人情報は、予約管理、サービス提供、緊急時の連絡、および法的に必要な範囲でのみ使用し、第三者に開示・提供することはありません。
